Rock in Rio 360º Experience

NEWMEDIA created this psychedelic action-adventure fulldome film for our dome at the Rock in Rio festival in Spain. The brief from the client, El Corte Inglés, was to create an experience inside the dome that would keep a constant flow of people moving throughout the night.

What we came up with was a seven-minute looped movie. With no beginning and no end, visitors could enter and exit the dome as they pleased.
The program tells the story of a little girl and a toy robot separated on Christmas Eve and then reunited.
