B-Dome is NewMedia’s permanent immersive venue in Berlin, dedicated to 360º projections, fulldome shows, and high-tech cultural programming. As we grow our presence in Germany, we’re looking for a proactive and well-connected Sales Representative to develop partnerships, secure new clients, and help position B-Dome as a key destination for immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities


Identify and pursue business opportunities in the German market
Promote B-Dome’s services to potential clients, agencies, and cultural institutions
Build and manage relationships with event organizers, brands, and institutions
Collaborate with the marketing team to align on strategy and outreach
Represent B-Dome at industry events, fairs, and local activations
Provide input to optimize services based on client feedback and market demand

What We’re Looking For


Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
Strong network within the events, tech, or creative industries in Germany
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Knowledge or interest in immersive media, AV tech, or experiential marketing is a plus
