HEAD OF PRODUCTION

NewMedia Creative Technology Studio is a leader in immersive events, fulldome shows, 360° projections, interactive installations, holograms, and tech-driven storytelling. We're looking for an experienced and proactive Head of Production to manage our high-impact projects from our Madrid office.

As Head of Production, you’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams, oversee logistics and budgets, and ensure every detail meets our creative and technical standards. You will be the bridge between concept and execution making sure our bold ideas become world-class experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire production process, from planning to delivery
Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, particularly for international projects
Maintain clear communication with clients, creative teams, and stakeholders
Lead production teams during event setup, execution, and dismantling
Implement efficient workflows and quality control systems

What We’re Looking For

‍
Minimum 5 years of experience in production for live events, exhibitions, or AV installations
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Hands-on experience with technical setups (AV, staging, domes, etc.)
Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of international logistics and safety standards is a plus
Availability to travel if necessary and Drive License
