AV TECHNICIAN

NewMedia Creative Technology Studio is a global leader in immersive event production. We specialize in fulldome shows, 360° projections, interactive installations, and audiovisual storytelling using advanced media systems. We’re looking for a skilled AV Technician to join our production team in Madrid.

The ideal candidate is not only technically solid with AV setups but also confident working with node-based environments such as Screenberry, TouchDesigner, and VVVV. You’ll support both the technical development and on-site deployment of high-level audiovisual projects.

Key Responsibilities

‍
Set up and operate AV systems for immersive environments
Program and manage realtime media servers and playback systems
Assist with installation, testing, and calibration of projection, LED, and audio systems
Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop custom visual interactions
Troubleshoot systems in-studio and on-site
Support the team during live events and productions

What We’re Looking For

‍
Experience with node based software such as Screenberry, TouchDesigner, VVVV, or similar
Solid knowledge of AV signal routing, projection mapping, and media playback
Basic understanding of networking and synchronization protocols (Art-Net, NDI, OSC, etc.)
Hands on experience with projectors, LED walls, and playback hardware
Willingness to travel and work on-site when needed
Fluent in Spanish or English (ideally both)
