NewMedia designed and produced an open, minimalist, and highly technological stand for Argentina at FITUR 2022, one of the most important international tourism trade fairs in the world. The project combined sustainability, innovation, and immersive storytelling to showcase the country’s cultural and geographic richness in an impactful and contemporary way.
The stand’s architecture embraced clean lines and open spaces, allowing for a fluid visitor experience while aligning with eco-conscious design principles. Sustainable materials and a modular construction approach were used to minimize environmental impact and enhance flexibility for future uses.
At the heart of the visitor experience was a custom-designed interactive system. Guests could explore the different provinces of Argentina by interacting with a touch-based digital kiosk placed at the front of the stand. Through an intuitive and user-friendly interface, users navigated the map of the country, tapped on their region of interest, and immediately accessed audiovisual content tailored to their selection. This technology-driven experience encouraged active engagement and personalized exploration, making each journey unique.
The stand also featured several interactive activations that blended physical presence with digital content, creating memorable experiences for all ages. Multiple photocall stations invited guests to capture their visit in themed environments, while on weekends, the space came alive with live performances, shows, and surprise spectacles, drawing large crowds and energizing the event floor.
This project reinforced NewMedia’s reputation as a leading stand design and experiential marketing agency, capable of delivering high-impact solutions for major international exhibitions. By combining interactive technology, digital storytelling, and strategic space design, NewMedia transformed Argentina’s presence at FITUR into a vibrant showcase of innovation and identity.
