Lollapalooza Fest
Lollapalooza, one of the world’s most iconic and globally recognized music festivals, commissioned NewMedia Creative Technology Studio to design and install an impressive 22-meter geodesic dome, transforming the festival experience into a fully immersive journey through art, technology, and music.
Inside the dome, thousands of festival-goers were treated to an array of cutting-edge immersive experiences. Spectacular 360-degree films captivated the audience with breathtaking visuals and surround sound, while interactive zones allowed visitors to create their own digital art in real time—blurring the boundaries between the viewer and the creator.
The dome also hosted live audiovisual concerts, where music and visuals merged in an unforgettable fusion of light, sound, and emotion. It became a dynamic centerpiece of the festival, a space where creativity, innovation, and entertainment converged to offer visitors a unique and memorable escape.
By merging immersive storytelling with real-time interaction, NewMedia's dome installation elevated the festival experience and demonstrated the power of immersive environments in large-scale events. Once again, NewMedia confirmed its role as a pioneer in the use of immersive technologies for live entertainment and branded experiences.
