MirrorDOME: A High-Impact Immersive Destination Activation Across IMEX Frankfurt & IMEX America
In partnership with Destination Toronto, NewMedia designed and deployed MirrorDOME an immersive mirrored architectural installation created to redefine destination marketing on the global stage.
The fully mirrored structure, inside and out, integrated a high-resolution LED display system that transformed the interior into a dynamic, kaleidoscopic media environment. The result was a bold, high-visibility activation designed to capture attention in one of the world’s most competitive trade show environments.
Deployment & Scale
MirrorDOME was successfully installed at:

• IMEX America (Las Vegas, USA)
• PCMA Convention Leaders (Philadelphia, USA)
Across both major international exhibitions, the installation demonstrated NewMedia’s ability to execute cross-border logistics, structural deployment, and immersive media integration within high-pressure event environments.
Audience Engagement & Measurable Impact
At IMEX Frankfurt alone, more than 1,300 visitors entered the MirrorDOME experience.
In both Frankfurt and Las Vegas, the event organizers conducted independent engagement audits using behavioral tracking camera systems that analyzed dwell time, visitor interaction, and overall activation performance.
MirrorDOME was officially recognized as the highest-performing activation at both events achieving the strongest audience engagement metrics among all exhibitors.
Strategic Significance
More than a visually striking structure, MirrorDOME became a scalable destination marketing platform demonstrating how immersive architecture, LED technology, and experiential storytelling can drive measurable engagement in international event environments.
